The second leg of the “Nigeria Opens Up” campaign is
a planned Nigerian VIP Biofuel Summit titled “Outgrowers
Scheme: Role of the PTDF and State Governments”, to
be held at the
Wynn Hotel and Resort on the
16th of February in Las Vegas, Nevada. Highlights
include keynote addresses, discussion forums &
investment breakout sessions. Participation is
strictly for confirmed delegates alongside Nigerian
VIPs, invited National Assembly members and
interested Nigerian Bank Executives and media
houses. The Renewable Energy Division of NNPC is
